SHIPPING POLICY

Hvala Nest partners with couriers like J&T Express for shipping of your order.  Shipping fee of your order will be displayed to you on our website.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rate to West Malaysia is RM 10 per 1kg and + RM 3 subsequently.
Shipping rate to East Malaysia is RM 20 per 1kg and + RM 5 subsequently.

DELIVERY TIME

Please allow up to 3-5 working days (not including weekend or public holiday) for your parcels to be packed and delivered as we will be ensuring that the package is safe for delivery.

RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you need to return/exchange your product, please review the information below.

Customers may return/exchange the items within 3 days in the following cases:

1)Different from product upon ordering

2)Near expiry (within 3months)

3)Damaged products

Terms for returns and exchanges:

-Item must be in items original purchase condition – packing must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

-Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Hvala Nest
